Was diagnosed Neuropathy two years back. Doctor put me on Lyrica which was dreadful, constantly tired.
I decided to try and live with the pain, the usual burning feet, cramps, etc and much worse at night, in fact could go all day without pain but as soon as I went to bed it started, very irritating.

Since 10 days back I am on Gabapentin, 300 mg per day as a starter. Trouble is, I don't feel any difference what so ever.

My question is if Gabapentin is like lyrica needs a month or two for the body to get used to it and absorb it.
